Why we started
The problem we kept seeing, and the gap in the tools meant to solve it
Most small businesses do not lose money because the owner is careless. They lose it because the information is scattered — stock in one notebook, dues in a second, expenses on loose paper, and a spreadsheet that is a week behind. By the time the picture assembles itself, the decision it should have informed has already been made.
The software that solves this exists, but it has historically been priced and shaped for companies with an IT department. It assumes a server, a rollout, a consultant and training. For a business running three staff and a counter, that is not a solution — it is a second problem.
We built Stok Vibe so that a shop owner can sign up on a phone, import a product list, and be issuing correct invoices before the afternoon. One database behind every module means a sale moves stock, the customer ledger and the profit report at the same moment — with nothing to reconcile at month end.
That is the whole thesis: give small businesses the same quality of information that large ones pay consultants for, at a price a small business can actually clear.

A tool that reports a comfortable number instead of the correct one is worse than no tool at all. Stock, cash and profit reconcile from the same records — we never estimate where we can calculate.
Fast on the hardware people own
Our customers work on mid-range phones and shop counters on shared connections, not on new laptops. Every screen is built to be usable there first.
Own your data, always
Export to CSV or PDF whenever you like, including after you cancel. We do not sell your data, mine it, or use it to train models. Leaving should be as easy as joining.
Support from people who know the product
When you write in, the reply comes from someone who can actually change the software — not a scripted first line whose job is to close the ticket.
How we got here
From a single spreadsheet to a multi-product platform
The first ledger
Stok Vibe started as an inventory sheet built for a single wholesale business that had outgrown its notebooks.
Invoicing and customers
Billing, customer ledgers and due tracking joined the same database, so a sale updated stock and receivables at once.
Multi-branch and teams
Role-based access, approval flows and branch-level stock arrived as customers grew past a single location.
